For water stain, you can try mixing vinegar and hot water at equal portion to scrub the stain.
You can increase the portion of vinegar if you want a more effective one. Vinegar can also be used to clean the shower curtain. As the shower curtain can be made of plastic, it is not recommended to soak the curtain for too long and by using a too concentrated vinegar solution.
